BlogHer is one of the most elite blogging conferences for women. The eighth annual BlogHer will be held on August 2-4, 2012 in New York City. There are several sessions for attendees to learn more about working with brands through blogging and social media.

I would love to represent a family-friendly company at BlogHer. I can provide several benefits in exchange for your sponsorship, and I offer several different options. As always, I am open to any ideas you have for the sponsorship. Funds Needed for BlogHer ’12

Conference Ticket (If purchased before Feb. 28): $204
Hotel (2 nights + fees and taxes): $650
Transportation (Current estimate of flights + taxi): $450
Meals/Incidentals: $100

Below are the sponsorship packages I am currently offering. If you have something else you’d like to convey, please contact me and we can work something out! Please note that in addition to the exposure you will receive on my blog and social media sites, you will be exposed to hundreds of other bloggers like me that may become interested in your company while I am promoting you at the event.

Full Sponsorship – $1404

• 6 months of advertising with a 250×250 banner ad in my sidebar.
• Sponsor Spotlight post honoring your company for fully sponsoring me for the conference.
• 3 additional blog posts regarding your company’s products, sales, coupons, etc, posted before, during, and after conference
• One Twitter party with your company, held for one hour before the conference
• 5 Shoutouts on my Facebook fan page, 3 before/during event and 3 within the 6 months following conference
• Tweets about your company before/during conference, and a monthly Tweet for 6 months following event
• I will carry a tote bag/laptop/tablet case or wear a t-shirt, pin, if one is provided, with your company’s name and logo on it to the event. Photos will be taken and uploaded to my blog after the event to further promote my sponsor.

Level 3 Sponsorship – $1000-$1403

• 4 months of advertising with a 250×250 banner ad at the top of my sidebar
• 2 blog posts regarding your company’s products, sales, coupons, etc, posted before, during, and after conference
• Tweets posted before, during, and after conference
• 4 shoutouts on my personal Facebook as well as my blog’s fan page
• Your website URL on the business cards I hand out at conference
• A dedicated page for your company under the Sponsors tab on my blog for 6 months, then 2 paragraphs on the Sponsors page

Level 2 Sponsorship – $500-999

• 4 months of advertising with a 125×125 banner ad in my sidebar
• Tweets made before, during, or after conference
• Shoutouts on my Facebook fan page before and after conference
• 2 paragraph with 2-3 links for your company in a post about conference sponsorship

Level 1 Sponsorship – $300-499

• 2 months of advertising with a 125×125 pre-approved banner ad in my sidebar before/after and during conference month)
• Tweets made before, during or after conference
• Shoutout on my blog’s Facebook fan page before conference
• A paragraph with one link for your company in a post about conference sponsorship

Basic Sponsorship - $100-299

• 1 months of advertising with a 125×125 pre-approved banner ad in my sidebar (during conference month)
• 2 Tweets made before, during, or after conference
• A mention of your company in a post about conference sponsorship

Tech Sponsorship – Provide an iPad for the conference (This allows me to tweet/blog/Facebook on something larger than my iPhone and to promote your company in a professional manner.)

• 4 months of advertising with a 250×250 banner ad  in my sidebar
• 4 blog posts regarding your company’s products, sales, coupons, etc, posted before, during, and after conference
• Sponsor spotlight post thanking your company for being my tech sponsor for the conference
• Tweets posted before, during, and after conference
• Shoutouts on my Facebook personal as well as fan page
