However, Body Revolution also includes a meal plan and journal so that you can be sure you are fueling your body with only good foods. 15 Workout DVDs The 15-DVD set gives you 90 days of a workout, divided into three phases. The workouts encompass cardio as well as strength training. Jillian gives a great deal of focus on HIIT, high intensity interval training. She fully believes that HIIT is the best way to get fit in the smallest amount of time. I am beginning the program today, so I … [Read more...]

Don't worry...there is relief for your boredom! Take a look at the following tips to make exercise more fun, so that you will want to stick with it and get the body you desire. 1. Change up your routines when possible. It can get boring fast if you are doing the same workouts week after week. It helps if you have more than one location or method for being active. Weight Loss is Not Easy
So we are 17 days into the new year, and weight loss has already become a huge struggle for me. The first 13 days of the month, I did great. I use the MyFitnessPal app on my iPhone to log calories and track my exercise. I was logging in every day and staying under my calorie goals. I haven't exactly been as active as I have planned - it seems there's always something to hold me back from exercising. But still, I was doing good and had lost 6 pounds as of last Friday. This weekend though? I probably gained it all back. Friday evening, we were invited to go out to eat with my mom. The rest of my family was out of town or busy, so we accepted the invitation. I figured it would be okay to treat myself to a some yummy Mexican food, since I hadn't had it in about 3 weeks. I didn't eat much during the day Friday to make up for the calories I knew I'd be taking in during that one meal. … [Read more...]
