As a blogger, organization for my daily activities is a must! If I don’t write it down, then it usually does not get done – at least not before the deadline. That’s why a planner comes in handy, and why the one I received from Dot.Mine has been so great for me!

In order to do a review for Dot.Mine, I received the Family_Time.Mine planner. With this bad boy, I am able to organize myself as well as the rest of our family. The different sections in this planner make it easy for me to keep up with blogging deadlines, doctor’s appts, information for my husband and son, and more.

Dot.Mine Planner Review

My favorite aspect of the day planner is the weekly pages. These are great so that I can look at one page and see everything that is expected of me for the next 7 days. This is very important when trying to plan what to do when.

Take blogging, for example. I like to schedule posts in advance when possible, and this planner reduces the time I spend figuring out what to work on first, second, etc. It also helps us decide when to go grocery shopping as well as how much food to buy for the week. If we have a lot going on, I know to plan out easy to fix meals or those that I can make and freeze in individual servings to make our lives easier when we are already busy.

Also, I like the list section on the side of each weekly page. I am a HUGE list maker, so it’s nice to be able to create a short list when I need to, right in the planner. I usually use this space for groceries, gifts, or other things we need to purchase on a certain week.

The monthly pages in the Dot.Mine planner are also helpful for us. I can look ahead at the entire month by simply viewing two pages. I like to add birthdays, appointments, upcoming family events, and things like that to the monthly pages. Having the month view keeps things from sneaking up on us!

There are other helpful sections to the Family_Time.Mine planner to further organize our lives. For example, if we ever have to hire someone to watch the kiddo, the babysitter page will provide him/her with all the information needed if something were to happen.

Also, there is a “Family Business” section where James and I can list important names, telephone numbers, and other contact info, should we ever need it.

Disclosure: I received a free planner from Dot.Mine in exchange for my honest, unbiased review as part of a Karma Media campaign. All opinions are 100% mine.

This is a great planner. I’ve always relied on my husband who remembers everything! – but I should have a backup – just in case
