My Methods for a Healthier Me in 2014

As I’ve talked about in the past, getting healthier is a top priority for 2014. I have baby weight and then some to lose. I want to be a better example for my kids – and be able to chase them around the playground. My house is a mess because the majority of the time, I don’t have the energy at the end of the day to straighten it all up.

So, it’s time to work on myself – for me, my two boys, my husband, and my home!

Adding Insync Probiotics to my Daily Routine

To really focus on my health and fitness goals, I decided to sign up for an online boot camp earlier this month. It’s an 8 week program that comes complete with exercise routines, meal plans, and a very supportive Facebook group.

The woman running it is a certified personal trainer (and mother of seven) that lost weight and got in shape a few years ago, so I’m following in the footsteps of someone who has been where I currently am! Seeing how we was able to work on herself while tending to her children, business, and home is a true inspiration!

Before the online boot camp started, I had to prepare myself for the workouts and food that I’d be adapting during the eight week program. I headed to Walmart for an exercise mat, some new exercise clothing, and a few other odds and ends.

While there, I took a walk through the pharmacy and saw the Insync Probiotic box sitting on the top shelf. I’ve heard so much about probiotics and their benefits, I decided it was time to try them for myself.

Another reason for my decision stems from my gallbladder removal in late 2012. I feel that my digestive system isn’t be running 100% these days. My gallbladder wasn’t all that vital for life, but still – it was in there for a reason and now it’s gone. I figured it was worth a shot to improve my digestion with a Natural Probiotic while I was making the switch to healthier eating and exercise.

I opted for the 30 day bottle to go with my 8-week boot camp. I might as well go all out with this new healthy lifestyle, right?! I have been taking the average-sized pill (a size which I am thankful for) with my vitamins at breakfast each morning for the past almost 2 weeks.

Between the meal and my vitamins, I don’t forget that I also need to take the probiotic – so it’s become part of my morning routine.

I don’t feel so bloated or yucky these days, and like I have more energy. This could be from the exercise, I know, but I think having the right balance of bacteria in my body helps too. The dietary supplement contains B.Infantis, which is doctor recommended for a healthy digestive tract.

My plan is to continue my boot camp as well as taking the natural probiotic from Insync to improve my health. Both are making me feel better, and have the drive to get out and be active – like running fun road races!
