As a work at home mom, I love the freedom of being my own boss. Sure, it’s not always rainbows and butterflies, but I had much rather be home with my son that working a 9-to-5 for someone else. As of now, I don’t have any plans on returning to work for anyone else.
Two other passions of mine are education and child care. I have worked in several day care centers in the past, and was an Education major in college before having my son. Actually, my dream is to own my own day care center. Because of this, I am excited to talk about the Kiddie Academy franchising opportunity here on my blog.
If I ever open one myself, I plan to have a day care center that offers education-based childcare, offering the best possible start to the lives of the young children in attendance. I would want to be more than just a “babysitter”, being involved in the community as well as in the children’s growth and development. This is Kiddie Academy’s way of thinking, as well.
The opportunity presented by Kiddie Academy currently seeks entrepreneur minded people in New Jersey and Pennsylvania (and could be great for moms that want to open a business of their own!). Childcare experience isn’t even necessary, as they can help you growth your franchise to be the best it can be. All you really need is the desire to run your own business.
Some may not realize it, but the education-based sector of childcare is really growing rapidly. Having the support of Kiddie Academy can help opening a franchise become successful, both in the short-term and the long-term.
