This post is part of a social shopper marketing insight campaign with Pollinate Media Group™ and Jimmy Dean, but all my opinions are my own. #pmedia #BreakfastDelight
With breakfast being the most important meal of the day, it something I strive to include in my day. However, I need quick and easy options that aren’t grossly unhealthy. Being on the go often with two kids doesn’t leave me time to cook up a nutritious meal for myself.
Even when I am home with the kiddos, the day is usually hectic and the last thing I want to do is hover over the stove (plus, this newbie chef wouldn’t have a clue what she’s doing there).
Fortunately, there are Jimmy Dean Delights. These breakfast sandwiches give me the morning boost I need to conquer the day, and they don’t take more than 2 minutes to prepare! And at only 230 calories, I won’t be breaking the scales from eating them. Plus, they are a great source of protein, so they will keep me full running errands or tending to the kiddos until lunch.
I can pop one of these babies in the microwave so it will heat up while I put on my 3 year old shoes or change the baby’s diaper (and wash my hands, of course). They are mess-free and easy to wrap in a paper towel to munch on as we walk out the door. It only takes one hand to eat, so feeding the baby and myself simultaneously is an option too!
With several flavor options, Jimmy Dean Delights will likely become a staple in my freezer. You can pick them up at your local Walmart. Since we already do 95% of our grocery shopping there, it will be easy to toss a box or two in our cart while there.
I really like pairing my Jimmy Dean Delights sandwich with fruit for a well-balanced breakfast. My favorite choice is fresh strawberries, but I sometimes mix it up with grapes, mandarin oranges, or a banana – depending on my mood. All make for a quick & easy breakfast for this busy mom!
These breakfast sandwiches have really warmed up the breakfast choices in our home. It’s definitely a better option over cold cereal, especially in the freezing cold winter temperatures that we’ve been experiencing.
And, they aren’t just for busy moms…dads that are often running late for work like them too!
