I love keeping track of memories, but I fail horribly at their organization. I have yet to start my 19 month old’s scrapbook and I have tons of photos waiting for their place in an album. When I received the Journal 10+ to review, I was excited because I could finally keep memories in one place with very little effort.

The Journal 10+ is a notebook that allows you to record 11 years worth of accomplishments, feelings, thoughts, and other momentos on its pages. The first thing I noticed when I received the book is who sturdily it has been put together. The “leatherette” cover will protect the pages and the sewn binding will keep it from falling apart with normal wear and tear. The daily pages cover a single date for 11 years.

Every day, you simply sit down for 5 minutes and record the day’s activities. It hasn’t taken me very much time at all to keep it updated, though I feel accomplished even when I write sentences about our day. As the journal is filled out, you can reflect back on what you did on that same date in previous years. I love this layout, as it’s neat to be able to see where you were and what you were doing on that exact day several years before. There are even carryover pages in the book, should you need more than 4 lines for any given date.

Each year has a page dedicated to goals and aspirations for the upcoming 365/6 days. You can fill this in alone or with your family. At the end of the year, you can then reflect back on your initial goals to see what everyone has accomplished. It’s also a handy page of reference throughout the year so you can be sure to achieve the goals you have set.

The Journal 10+ book also has sections for you to keep up with special occasions or events, like doctor’s appointments, vehicle maintenance needs, birthdays, anniversaries, and addresses. All in all, it is a very helpful book in remembering past events and sharing them with your family in the future.

Buy It: You can purchase your own Journal 10+ on their website, www.journal10.com.

I would like to personally thank Journal 10+ for providing me a journal to review as well as for sponsoring a prize in the upcoming “Mom ME Time” giveaway event. If you would like to win your own Journal 10+ {ARV: $39.95}, be sure to come back on Sunday, April 22 to enter!
