This page is dedicated to my 29 year old hubby, James. He was born and raised in Georgia, in a town 20 minutes away from me. He is the youngest of two children. He graduated high school in 1998, and obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Programming in 2002 (the same year I was graduating high school). He now works as a Database Analyst, for the telephone company. When he is not at work, he likes to work in the yard, write computer programs, and play our Nintendo Wii.

Our Life Together

James and I met on MySpace.com on February 5, 2006. We exchanged messages and talked on Yahoo Messenger, and finally met face to face on February 12, 2006. We hung out almost every day for about a week, then on February 18, he told me he wanted us to be a couple. By this time I was very into him, so I agreed that I wanted the same.

For the first few weeks, we spent our entire weekends together. His father, who he was living with at the time, didn’t appreciate James never being home. One weekend, while we were out, he called James and told him to come get his stuff. So we quickly leased an apartment in town, and moved in together on March 22, 2006. Some say we moved too fast, but we didn’t care…We were/are in love! We got engaged on December 23, 2006 after he proposed to me at my parent’s house. In April 2007, we purchased our first home together, which is just down the road from our old apartment.

James and I were united in marriage on October 13, 2007. We enjoyed a wonderful honeymoon in Gatlinburg, before having to return to the demands of life! After over 4 years of being together, we are still going strong!

In January 2010, we found out that we are expecting our first child, and are currently awaiting his/her arrival in September!!
