This week, I fell off the Nutrisystem wagon a little bit. I cannot believe I did so well during the week of Thanksgiving and then bombed the following week!

I think I’ve gotten to a plateau with my eating where I need to start exercising again in order to continue my weight loss. I haven’t exercised much since my gallbladder surgery because I’ve been too scared of injuring myself while my body is healing. It’s almost been four weeks, however, so it’s time to at least get some light walking on the treadmill in!

I also haven’t been accountable for my eating lately. I stopped tracking my Nutrisystem meals, and it’s now showing on the scale. This week, along with exercising, I am going to track my meals with the Nutrisystem app every day! I need to stick with the entire program (not just eating their foods) if I want to see real success!!

No matter how you lose weight, accountability is very important. You need to track your calories, eating habits, and/or goals so that you can see your progress. It can sometimes be a chore, but it’s totally worth it to see how far you’ve come. You can also look back and see where your best successes were and duplicate it for better results.

Okay, so this week, I saw a slight jump in the scale, gaining 0.6 lbs from last week. I’m so annoyed, but I know there are times when I may gain a little. I have to get back on track and get focused on my results and end goals again!

Oh, and next week, I’ll be doing another video blog for Nutrisystem!
