This week was a neutral week for my Nutrisystem journey. It wasn’t too bad yet it wasn’t that good either. I ate well most days, with the exception of yesterday when we had our family holiday dinner with James’ family. It’s so hard to eat light when there are lots of yummy foods all over the table!
I still have not gotten into a normal exercise routine. I think this is really harming my weight loss efforts, as I feel like I’ve hit a plateau and need to combat it with activity. With the holidays, shopping, , prepping food, etc. etc., I feel like I haven’t had the time to get on the treadmill for 30-45 minutes. I need to make it a priority though and schedule it into my day.
This past week, I stayed the same as the week before…no gain or loss. I’m thankful yesterday didn’t cause a gain, but I still have four pounds to lose to hit my year-end goal! I am going to try my hardest to knock off as much as those last few pounds as I can before January 1.
This coming week, I am going to focus on eating right and exercising at least three times this week. Wish me luck!!
