Nutrisystem Week 17 Update #NSNation

Since we rang in 2013, I think we have been nothing but busy! Even with the rushing around, organizing the house, and getting Sawyer into a new big boy bed, this week was a good one for my Nutrisystem journey!

Though we were busy, I managed three days on the treadmill, walking 2 miles each time! I have begun putting my iPad on the treadmill’s ledge (just above the info screen), so I can read or watch something on Netflix while I exercise. Let me tell you, it really makes the time fly by! It takes me about 35 minutes to get my walk in…put on a 1 hour TV show and you will be done before you know it!

My scale showed me a 1 pound loss this week…totaling 17 pounds gone in 17 weeks! I’m right on track, and so excited! The week was totally awesome because I…1) stayed on my Nutrisystem foods every day but one (horribly busy day and I grabbed lunch out) and 2) all the exercise plus cleaning/organizing has had me up and moving A LOT!

Week 1 = -3.0
Week 2 = -1.2
Week 3 = -1.0
Week 4 = -1.4
Week 5 = -0.0
Week 6 = -2.4
Week 7 = +0.6
Week 8 = -3.6
5-week hiatus due to gallbladder removal
Week 9 = -3.6
Week 10 = -2.0
Week 11 = +0.6
Week 12 = -0.6
Week 13 = -0.0
Week 14 = -1.4
Week 15 = +1.0
Week 16 = +2.0
Week 17 = -1.0
Total Loss = -17.0

    I would love to get on Nutrisystem myself but right now we can’t afford it. So I’m just doing the best I can. It sounds like you are doing really good. And your goal is good too. I think losing one lb a week is what I’m gonna go for…that should be easy enough that I can actually do it and stick to it.
