Today marks my start of Month 2 in my Nutrisystem journey. I have to say, the first month went by fairly quickly. Look back to the beginning, I don’t know why I was so nervous about getting started! I have enjoyed most of the foods I have ordered. I’m not feeling hungry at all…and I haven’t had any problems getting my daily water in!
In my first month, my biggest hurdle was definitely exercising regularly. The two week challenge I decided to join last week has helped, as it has held me accountable every day. I hope to continue with the exercises from it even after the challenge is over, and include a few other activities so that burn out doesn’t occur.
Now that I have reached my month one milestone, I wanted to do a vlog (video blog) about the program, what I like, and my results! Please excuse my horrible Southern accent
If you skipped the video, here are my written results! This week I lost 1.4 lbs!
Week 1 = -3.0
Week 2 = -1.2
Week 3 = -1.0
Week 4 = -1.4
Total Loss = -6.6
Over 6 1/2 pounds gone in my first month of Nutrisystem!
I also did my measurements today. To keep track, I measure my chest, waist, hips, right thigh, and right arm.
In one month, I have lost a total of 4.75 inches from my body!
To be honest, I am probably a little more excited about the inches gone versus the pounds I have lost. I tend to lose inches faster than the number of the scale decreases, and I can tell my clothing is starting to feel better!
