The end of the second month has come on my Nutrisystem journey. I am now halfway finished with the 4-month membership I have been given, and I am excited to say I have made some great progress.
This week, I have had some trouble with my back which has really decreased the exercise I have been able to do. Wednesday, my upper back muscles seized up for about 20 minutes, making it hard to breathe and sending me into a panic.
Since then I have had quite a bit of pain in the same area, which has rendered me practically useless. I have a doctor’s appointment Monday to hopefully figure out what is wrong and what I can do to prevent the pain.
The pain has left me without much of an appetite as well, so I’ve been struggling to get all of my food in each day. Hopefully I will have answers tomorrow, however, and will be feeling better – or at least well enough to get back out on the road and continue my Couch to 5K app!
This week, I saw a huge loss – down 3.6 lbs! I was able to lose the weight I had gained last week and then some!! I qualified for my first Nutribear too!
