Breakfast is typically a quick meal in our house. By the time the kiddo and I rise for our first meal of the day, James is already at work so it’s just the two of us. I typically lack the drive to get up and slave over the stove making a big fuss over something my toddler probably won’t even eat! Therefore, I seek out easy ways to serve him nutritious foods.
Luckily, I just discovered Aunt Jemima’s Lil Griddles pancakes. These little things are so cute! Not to mention they are the perfect size for my 2 year old’s hands. He’s able to easily feed himself, which his independent streak loves. A breakfast where ‘every batch is made from scratch’ AND I don’t have to fight with my child? A win-win for us!
Not only are the pancakes the perfect size, they are very versatile. I have looked online for ways to make them more fun to eat. Have you tried the Lil Griddle sausage sandwich yet?
