The Pregnant Entrepreneur ReviewStarting your business can be a very difficult goal to achieve. Doing this while pregnant can be even more overwhelming. Fortunately, Darla DeMorrow tackles most of the issues with beginning a business while expecting in her book, The Pregnant Entrepreneur. I had the pleasure of reviewing this book, and I must say, it was very enlightening.

In my opinion, this book is really one of a kind. Many books talking about being an entrepreneur, while many others cover many topics of what to expect while you are pregnant.

However, I can’t think of one that I have read, or even seen in the bookstore, that discusses both subjects together. Owning a business is a dream for many woman, but they may think it’s impossible to do this while expecting or already raising a family. Not anymore!

I really like DeMorrow’s style of writing in The Pregnant Entrepreneur. She provides very helpful information for new (and seasoned) business owners alike. She takes a look at the responsibilities for a business and the household, and shows how they relate as well as how they can effectively be done together.

The end of each chapter comes with very helpful questions that allow you to reflect on your ideas and goals so that you are successful in both entrepreneurship and motherhood. There are also case studies and real-life stories that will help you better connect with the book and author as you read.

I want to read how a Mother to Be deals with the conflicts of when to cut back on accounts, going to the office, doing company business when its time to give birth or can your business lag when you need to be home when Baby arrives and settle the baby and self? This book, on their website, answers these questions and more..I am interested in this subject. As for your TV shows that your child watches(non-giveaway blog comment); I know that many of my friends in Education support “Sesame Street” and they have won awards for children’s programming. We liked “Sesame Street”. Anything Disney has so much music and characters that catch the eyes and ears..gets the attention for sure. I think its easy for our children to watch and never move. Thanks for sharing about your “Shows”.
