It’s funny I posted about posture last week. Great infographic, thanks for sharing. I have a really hard time with not crossing my legs above the knee and tucking my feet under the chair.
I sit on the couch too! My body is paying for it!
I need to print some of these graphics out and place them all around my desk! I’m so bad at remembering to check my posture! I should definitely know better, but I get to doing something and completely forget to sit up straight.
